Purpose of Vyana Mudra

Vyana Mudra promotes the development of the fire, air, and ether elements within the body. It works by stimulating Vyana Prana, a vital energy responsible for circulation, and is specifically associated with the Swadhisthana Chakra (the Sacral Chakra).
