Method:
Keep the little finger, ring finger, and middle finger straight and joined together so that there is no space between them, and the edges of the nails are touching. Now, place the tip of the thumb on the edge of the middle finger’s tip, so that the thumb’s tip touches the corner of the middle finger’s nail. Keep the index finger straight.
Duration:
Five minutes, three times a day.
