Method:
- Place both thumbs at the base of the little fingers.
- Bring the sides of both little fingers together.
- Cross the ring fingers.
- Join the tips of the middle fingers.
- Join the tips of the index fingers.
Duration: Practice this mudra for 15 minutes, three times a day.
