Shiva Ling Mudra: Methods and Benefits

How to Perform:

  1. Position the Left Hand:
    • Bring your left hand close to your abdomen.
  2. Form the Right Fist:
    • Make a fist with your right hand and place it on the left palm.
    • Keep the right thumb pointing straight up.
    • Ensure the fingers and thumb of the left hand are joined together.
  3. Align the Elbows:
    • Keep both elbows extended straight to the sides.

Duration:

  • Practice this mudra for at least 4 to 5 minutes, twice a day.

Benefits of Shiva Linga Mudra:

  1. Symbol of New Energy and Creation:
    • Shiva Ling represents new power and creation. This mudra helps in overcoming lethargy, fatigue, depression, and dissatisfaction.

    • This mudra is also beneficial for overcoming impotence, contributing to overall well-being and vitality.
