Method:

Join the tips of the thumb, index finger, and ring finger. Keep the middle and little fingers straight.

Duration:

Five minutes, three to four times a day.

Benefits:

  1. Prevents the prolapse of internal organs. Strengthens the internal organs and is beneficial for uterine prolapse.
  2. Alleviates fatigue, weakness, and dizziness.
  3. Strengthens the heart and helps in curing heart diseases.
  4. Also beneficial for hernia.

Special Note: Sitting on your heels and repeatedly practicing Mula Bandha (root lock) provides significant relief for prolapse.
