Method:

  • Bring both hands together in an open position as if offering flowers.
  • Keep the palms close together, with fingers and thumbs touching.
  • Hands should remain open, palms facing upward.
  • Ensure the little fingers are touching each other.

Duration:

  • Practice for 15 to 45 minutes as desired.
