Method:

  • Join the tips of the thumbs and index fingers of both hands together.
  • Keep the remaining three fingers straight and spread out.
  • The palms should face downward.

Duration: Practice for 15 to 45 minutes.

Benefits: This mudra helps relieve headaches and migraines.

Special Note: Perform Jalneti (nasal cleansing) daily. Afterward, place two drops of almond oil in the nostrils and massage the center of the forehead.
