Mushti Mudra (Fist Mudra): Method and benefits

Method:

“Mushti” means a closed fist. Curl your fingers into your palms to form a fist, and press your thumb against the ring finger, which represents the earth element.

Duration:

You can practice this mudra for 15 minutes, three times a day.

Benefits:

  1. This mudra activates the liver and digestive system.
  2. It enhances digestive power.
  3. It helps to relieve constipation. When you press the earth element with the thumb, it reduces the bulkiness of the large intestine, which helps alleviate constipation.

Note: Practicing this mudra after Shuchi Mudra increases its benefits.
