Method:
“Mushti” means a closed fist. Curl your fingers into your palms to form a fist, and press your thumb against the ring finger, which represents the earth element.
Duration:
You can practice this mudra for 15 minutes, three times a day.
Benefits:
- This mudra activates the liver and digestive system.
- It enhances digestive power.
- It helps to relieve constipation. When you press the earth element with the thumb, it reduces the bulkiness of the large intestine, which helps alleviate constipation.
