Method:
- Place the tip of the thumb at the second joint (knuckle) between the middle and ring fingers.
- Keep these two fingers slightly bent and touching each other, while the remaining fingers stay straight.
Duration:
- Practice for 15 minutes, three times a day. It is even more beneficial if done while seated in Padmasana (Lotus Pose) or Sukhasana (Easy Pose).
Benefits:
- Helps in alleviating epilepsy.
- Purifies the mind and emotions.
- Reduces stress.
- Relieves headaches caused by cold or toothache.
Special Note: Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) is highly beneficial for epilepsy. Practice it for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.
