How to Perform:
- Place your right hand diagonally under the left hand.
- Take the thumb of the lower hand (right hand) and slide it through the space between the little finger and ring finger of the upper hand (left hand).
- Press the thumb against the center of the palm of the upper hand.
- Now, form Prithvi Mudra (Earth Gesture) with the upper hand (left hand) by joining the tip of the thumb and the tip of the ring finger together.
- Repeat the same steps with the left hand placed under the right hand to perform the mudra on both hands alternately.
Duration:
- Practice this mudra for 5 to 10 minutes, three times a day, alternating between both hands.
