Method:
There are two methods to perform this mudra:
- Bring the tips of your thumbs and little fingers together. Then, bring the tips of both ring fingers together. (This creates the Indra Mudras joined together.) Keep the other two fingers (index and middle) straight and open.
- Bring the tips of your ring fingers and thumbs together (forming Prithvi Mudra), and also bring the tips of your little fingers together. Keep the other two fingers (index and middle) straight and open.
Special Note: In both methods, only the thumbs, little fingers, and ring fingers are used. The index and middle fingers remain straight.
Duration: Practice each of these mudras for 7 minutes, three times a day.
