Method:

There are two methods to perform this mudra:

  1. Bring the tips of your thumbs and little fingers together. Then, bring the tips of both ring fingers together. (This creates the Indra Mudras joined together.) Keep the other two fingers (index and middle) straight and open.
  2. Bring the tips of your ring fingers and thumbs together (forming Prithvi Mudra), and also bring the tips of your little fingers together. Keep the other two fingers (index and middle) straight and open.

Special Note: In both methods, only the thumbs, little fingers, and ring fingers are used. The index and middle fingers remain straight.

Duration: Practice each of these mudras for 7 minutes, three times a day.

Benefits:

  1. This mudra has a miraculous effect on the sacral region (Trik region). This area includes the reproductive organs in women, the prostate gland in men, the bladder, and the lower abdomen, all of which are positively influenced.
  2. The little fingers affect the Swadhisthana Chakra (sacral chakra), while the ring fingers affect the Muladhara Chakra (root chakra). Therefore, performing this mudra along with Mula Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha provides special benefits.
  3. It alleviates menstrual problems in women, such as severe pain and cramps. It also helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause.
  4. It enhances the mobility of the intestines, curing constipation and relieving intestinal pain.
  5. Urinary disorders are cured.
  6. It helps resolve issues related to the prostate gland in men.
  7. It cures hemorrhoids.
  8. It provides relief in cases of hernia.

Special Tip: Massaging the wrists can promote the health of reproductive organs.
