Method: Join both hands together, clenching the thumbs inside the fists. Then straighten the little finger and ring finger, and join their tips together. The tips of the little fingers should touch each other, as should the tips of the ring fingers. Bend the index and middle fingers, pressing the backs of the nails together. Focus your attention on the Swadhisthana Chakra.
Duration: 10 to 12 minutes, three times a day.
