Method:
Bend both arms and place your hands under your armpits, keeping your thumbs outside the armpits. Place your right hand under your left armpit and your left hand under your right armpit, ensuring the thumbs remain outside the armpits. Keep your arms close to your body to apply pressure on your hands. In this position, take deep, long breaths in and out. For better results, perform this mudra while sitting in Vajrasana (a kneeling pose).
Duration:
Practice for 5 to 15 minutes, three times a day.
