Method:
- Join the tips of all five fingers of both hands together, keeping the hands open. This brings all the five elements of both hands into alignment.
- Gaze upward with your eyes.
- While inhaling, press the tip of your tongue against the gums, and while exhaling, return the tongue to its original position.
