Method:
- First, form the Vayu Mudra by placing the index finger at the base of the thumb.
- Then, place the tip of the thumb to the side of the middle finger’s nail (to the right side of the middle finger tip). Keep the remaining two fingers straight.
Duration: Practice this mudra for 7 minutes, 4 to 5 times a day.
Benefits:
- Nowadays, many people suffer from allergies. Some may experience allergic reactions to certain foods, the scent of flowers, seasonal changes, dust, or pollen, which can cause sneezing, sinus issues, asthma, or skin rashes.
- Despite advances in medicine, doctors have not yet found a definitive cure for allergies. However, practicing this mudra regularly can help alleviate various types of allergies. Even chronic allergies can be managed by strengthening the immune system through this practice.
- The main causes of allergies are mental weakness and hyperactivity. This mudra helps address both. Children who are hyperactive often suffer from allergies. Since hyperactivity is associated with an imbalance in the air element, the Vayu Mudra is included in this practice to bring balance and relief.
