How to Perform Ankusha Mudra:

  • Keep the index finger straight.
  • Bend the other three fingers and press them with the thumb.
  • Perform this mudra while sitting in Padmasana or Sukhasana.

Duration:

  • Practice for 8 to 15 minutes.
